How does complicated naming translate into real life performance?

The technology has been introduced to the car care industry for the first time by GYEON in 2022. Based on years of intense research, we managed to compile multiple benefits of our previous developments into a one layer coating.

Extreme chemical resistance against both caustic and acid chemicals, slickness helping prevent contamination from adhering to the paintwork or next-level UV protection are some of the crucial benefits from a vehicle owner perspective.

Q² Infinite Base Type 2 ceramic coating is thick, extremely glossy and hydrophobic. It features lower slickness compared with Type 1, but compensates with a highly visually enhancing result, boosting every colour to a new level. It works extremely well in very humid and hot climates, providing extended wipe off time to the installer and extreme water mark resistance to the vehicle owner. Q² Infinite Base Type 2 work amazingly well with the Q² Infinite TopCoat Type 1.

The Q² INFINITE TopCoat Type 2 is the ultimate tool to enhance surface slickness of both Base certified coatings.

The prime goal of Q² Infinite TopCoat Type 2 compare to Type 1 is to enhance the surface slickness and durability of the hydrophobic effect on any Base coat. It is recommended to use this top coat on vehicles in mild climates or on vehicles following proper maintenance.

There are various wheel rim types available on the market, e.g. wet painted, powder coated, anodized or polished. Q² Rim is an appropriate product to protect each and every one of them. Even the owners of models with polished rim lips have observed that the need to refresh the so-called mirror effect is significantly less frequent.

Wheels, just after the engine bay and exhausts, are the components most exposed to high temperatures. Q² Rim has an endurance capability exceeding 800ºC without any damage to its original properties. The fact that this quartz coating is dedicated exclusively to rims is an asset and introduces a new level of quality within the field of rim protection.

Similar to other genuine SiO₂-based coatings, Q² Rim offers superb self-cleaning abilities. It results in limiting the time needed to keep wheels, especially those with complicated patterns, impeccably clean. It protects against too much dust from brake pads being deposited on wheel rims and facilitates regular washing of rims with clean water under pressure. Using, additionally, a pH-neutral rim cleaning product will make the whole maintenance process easier. Q² Rim, unlike other conventional rim protection solutions, is also resistant to more aggressive cleaners.

There are many hydrophobic coatings available on the market, but their durability leaves a lot to be desired. Our product combines two of the most desired characteristics for this type of product. It remains on the most intensely used windscreen for up to 12 months, at the same time ensuring an undiminished water repellency. On the side windows, it can be maintained for up to 36 months.

Q² View’s primary task is to increase the safety of you and your passengers as well as the comfort of driving in difficult road conditions. We assume that the worse the road conditions, the more the driver should be focused on the driving. Q² View provides a much better view of the road by keeping the windows clean, repelling water and dirt and through that increasing its transparency.

SELF CLEANING

Q² View repels both water and dirt from the glass surface. In rainy or night conditions, it offers invaluable assistance, as the driver will notice any obstacles or dangers much sooner.

It provides superb protection against dirt, UV rays and the rigours of everyday usage. Q² LeatherShield is amazingly simple to apply, requiring only one layer. It’s designed for and has been tested on all modern types of leather, providing great protection and no change of feel or color, leaving a fully matte finish. Q² LeatherShield does not stiffen the leather or make it more slippery, maintaining the regular comfort of use.
